Implemented QA controls to the web trafficking team. Introduced a ticketing system directed specifically towards the needs of the web traffic, sales, and accounting teams. Produced training and reference materials documenting the order and reporting processes. With sales, created a standardized insertion order and naming convention for campaigns, thereby improving reporting capabilities, failure testing, and historical inquiry turnaround. Simplified the monthly billing summary for accounting and began archiving billing reports to assist with client inquiries and sales revenues. Tested and implemented web-based media from advertisers with development team, including streaming video, flash, java, and html.

IT Development Project Manager (2001-2002)
Developed an integrated project database and infrastructure to manage a team of seven developers in Chicago while coordinating their efforts with their counterparts in London, Paris, and Madrid. This system improved resource allocation, developer productivity, departmental accountability, and on-time project completion by providing a secure and standardized process for project initiation, client communication, documentation, tracking, testing, and on-time implementation. Eliminated a five-year backlog of internal client projects for the real-time-access system (rtaglobal.com), the customizable streaming market data feed system provided to clients. Provided client support and communication throughout the 9/11 catastrophe.
eBusiness Project Manager (2000-2001)
Managed development, testing, and security distribution of the portal. Coordinated training and consulting modifications with vendors. Provided verbiage assistance to the legal department regarding IT-specific contract breaches. Developed the CARR-CAI Vendor and Web Change Management Control Databases in Lotus Notes.
